Chi Gung

Chi Gung is an ancient practice of energy work. It is a series of movements to gather the internal energy that resides in us and moved throughout the body through a series of movements. When you develop this through a practice over time you can achieve accessing the ability to balance yourself, positive benefits to your health and profound peace among many other finer details that extend from here.

Vitoria has been practicing for over 15 years and trained with Master Zhen Hua Yang who is coming from a lineage of teachers from what his father and grandfather passed on from a 400 year old family martial arts system.

Also having practiced with Simon Borg-Olivier for many years also creating a fusion with both these influences to bring a completeness to the practice through breath, body and mind.

It’s a perfect balance of calm, strength and alignment with a sense of it being a profound moving meditation.

Anyone can do this practice with variable degrees of less challenge if you need to back off. It’s very easy to follow along and there are instant benefits after one session. Connecting mind, body and spirit.

Each retreat has the Chi Gung embedded as a daily foundational practice, with yoga and meditation weaving within it.
