The Lady Pod is a cute space in a caravan for you to be alone while learning some key movement, meditation, healing and food practices to enable a healthy balanced life. 

This is time for you to take some time out alone..

To heal, nurture yourself and have enough space to create a vision forward from a place of calm.

That is exactly what you will be able to do here while also recoding your nervous system circuitries to heal and align to your higher being with daily meditation, chakra balance, cleansing, healthy wholefood, energy healings, chi gung and so much more.

Immersed in rainforest and a pine forest setting in the Byron Hinterland, this is a beautiful position in a unique space specific for to cocoon yourself in your own private pod within nature.

Whole-food Cooking 

Private coaching sessions are available while you are on retreat. In these sessions you will learn how to cook plant based whole foods. Together we will explore easy recipes such as casseroles and patties using simple everyday ingredients. The versatile menues allow space for your own creaticity and input so that you won’t be depending on receipes but learn to trust in your own abilities of creating a wonderful wholehearted meal. The journey to a happier and healthier self starts with your diet and I am here to assist you on getting started. You will leave the session equipped with a range of knowledge on how to create easy but delicious vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free meals.
