Energy Healing
An Energy Healing session is an opportunity to have a deep recharged rest with the grounding energy from crystals combined with the harmonising benefits on all levels with reiki, sound healing, therapeutic essential oils and even sacred healing codes that are personally aligned to you and your healing journey. They will adjust your vibrational field to optimise your energy centres or otherwise known as Chakras. It will create balance and a calm stillness in the body/mind while releasing anything that isn’t serving you, leaving you feeling deeply connected to your true essence for the highest good.
Essential oils create coherence in the cells simply by smell alone because they go into the portals of the brain to repair and reset the memory to optimise your frequency. You will emerge deeply relaxed and clear while being energised and see many benefits in your life come to lift and resolve.
The session is partly mentoring to arrive at your desired intension as well as laying down for a deeply relaxing and transformative experience with crystals being laid on your chakra points.
